This particular 6kW/14kW electric combination boiler is designed for small flats (one—or two-bedroom flats). On the hot water side, no water cylinder is required. The 12kW-14kW part responsible for central heating/underfloor heating can work in areas up to 90 2m. Low-voltage or 0V external thermostats are required to control the boiler’s performance. These are widely available and can be purchased. The part responsible for hot water is an instantaneous water heater independently connected to provide hot water. The 15kW unit is designed to work with up to 3/4 hot water points, but it is essential to remember that the best option is to use one hot water point at a time or two taps of hot water at a time. The best temperature of the instantaneous water heater performance is 43 -48 degrees C.
PLEASE NOTE: THE WATER DESCALER ON THE HOT WATER PART NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED TO AVOID LAMESCALE AND DAMAGE/BLOCKAGE TO THE INSTANTANEOUS WATER HEATER. WE ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING A MAGNETIC FILTER IN YOUR CENTRAL HEATING INSTALLATION.
